Pros
I thought about giving four stars with this review, but I'm not yet prepared to do that. I've seen a lot of positive changes in the company over the past year, and one telling sign was at the 10th Anniversary party last week, where several individuals spoke about their experiences at Skyhorse, and the CEO spent time to recognize a number of individuals for what they've done for the company. Actually, he made it a point to praise us all for the amount of work we put in from day to day. I'd say that his appreciation was heartfelt. Another good thing about the party was that I had a chance to interact with people in the company whom I hadn't met before. I formed some new friendships.
Cons
Three stars because I think there's still room for improvement. Almost every review here talks about how much work there is to do. There has to be a way to alleviate the strain.
Advice to Senior Management
Put together a task force to figure out how to reconfigure things so that productivity can continue as needed, but that employees aren't so overwhelmed.
