Pros
I've been working in publishing for over 40 years. I've developed projects with over 20 different publishing companies. At this time, Skyhorse is by far my favorite publishing company to work with,
Pros: Decisions are made quickly by top management. Opportunities to learn quickly. Given lots of responsibility to make decisions. Has very experienced top managers.
This is a rapidly growing company and they clearly must be doing a lot right.
It's a sink or swim environment. If you're smart and not scared of the water this is the place to become a great swimmer.

Heavy workload
Have to learn to juggle many projects and set priorities on own.
